(1) For the management and operation of the fund, there will be a Central Committee as follows:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Chairman (b) Secretary, Ministry of Finance or Joint Secretary appointed by him - member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs or the Joint Secretary appointed by him - member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Education or Joint Secretary appointed by him - Member (e) The Secretary, Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Transport Management or the Joint Secretary appointed by him - Member
(f) Comptroller General or Deputy Comptroller General appointed by him Office of Comptroller General - Member
(g) The President of the Official Trade Union of Civil Servants or his designated representative – member
(h) Joint Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Member – Secretary

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (g) of sub-rule (1), until an official trade union of civil servants is formed, the central trade union of civil servants at the national level The chairman of the working committee or the representative appointed by him can be invited to participate in the meeting of the central committee as a member.
